Processing Times

Every Painted Stories ornament is individually painted by hand and made to order. Please allow up to three weeks from the date payment is received for your order to be completed.

A two-week rush option may be available for an additional $10 fee. Rush orders must be approved before purchase. Please contact me before selecting or purchasing rush service.

Shipping

Shipping is currently available within the United States. Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times and costs will be displayed during checkout.

Processing time and shipping time are separate. Once your ornament is completed and shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact me as soon as possible at paintedstoriesbyashb@gmail.com. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has shipped.

 

Local Pickup

Free local pickup or meetup is available in Evansville, Indiana, at a mutually agreed-upon public location. I do not offer pickup at my residence.

You will receive an email when your order is complete so we can arrange a pickup time and location.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your ornament when it arrives. Shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of the package being marked as delivered.

Email paintedstoriesbyashb@gmail.com with clear photographs of the damaged ornament, shipping container and all original packaging. Please keep the ornament and packaging until the claim has been resolved.

Claims submitted after 24 hours or without the requested photographs may not qualify for a refund or replacement. Once a replacement is approved, it will be completed and shipped within two weeks of the approval date.
